APPOINTMENT:
- The appointment is recommended for all spa services.
- If you arrive 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to take the next customer. You will have to wait for the next available nail technician or reschedule your appointment.
NO REFUNDS. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED, WE WILL REPERFORM THE SERVICE, WITHIN 3 DAYS. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE CHANGING THE POLISH COLOR.
NOT ASSOCIATED WITH ANY OTHER T-NAIS OR ITS VARIANTS. GIFT CARDS AND COUPONS FROM OTHER SALONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. PRICES LISTED ON MENU ARE STARTING PRICES. TOTAL PRICE WILL VARY DEPENDING ON EXTRA ADD-ONS.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT: ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS, ZELLE, CASH
APPOINTMENTS WILL BE PRIORITIZED. WALK INS WILL BE SERVICED BY NEXT AVAILABLE TECHNICIAN.
RESCHEDULING MAY BE REQUIRED IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. AFTER 3 NO-SHOWS, APPOINTMENTS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED.
PLEASE GIVE US AT LEAST 4 HOURS NOTICE BEFORE CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS.
